These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Time-Blindness Auditor ("Service") operated by LAZY Entertainment ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal.
Free tier users are limited to 3 audits. Once you have reached this limit, you must upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using the Service.
By uploading content to our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content. Uploaded images are deleted within 48 hours of processing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Audit verdicts generated by the Service are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional productivity, scheduling, or career advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAZY ENTERTAINMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
